Hot Tub Rules & Information: 💦 When using the hot tub please be mindful of our neighbours. During quiet times 10pm - 8am please keep noise to an absolute minimum to avoid disturbing our lovely neighbours. 💦When using the bubble massage feature heat is lost to the air at about 1.5 degrees C per hour. At the end of each stay it is returned to 28C. Upon arrival we recommend turning up to 40C. It will reach ideal temperature after about 4 hours. 💦When heating the hot tub prior to use, the supplied covers including the thermal cover should be in place. We look forward to making your stay comfortable and memorable! 😊🏠🌟 Other things to note 🛌There's plenty of space for everyone to have their own little sanctuary. While the house can technically sleep up to 10 people, we recommend a group size of 5-7 for optimal comfort. 💼 Business-Friendly Whether you're planning a family adventure, friends' reunion, or need a comfortable base for work contracts, this property delivers comfort, convenience, and unforgettable memories. No smoking anywhere inside the property. This is a NO shoes house. Please take your shoes off at entry thank you. The indoor wood burner seen on the pictures is just a decoration. There is a security camera outside on the front of the property. There is also a monitored noise sensor fitted inside the house in the lounge and on the patio area. It cannot hear or record conversations but detects noise on a decibel level. It's set to a relaxed level so you can have fun without worrying. But excessive high levels of noise like a boisterous party, shouting or dog barking for over 10 minutes continuously will trigger the sensor. This is to protect our neighbours. 📍Information on surrounding area: Discover the perfect blend of traditional Cotswolds character and contemporary comfort in this stunning mock Tudor retreat!
